One of my favorite things to talk about: DECLUTTERING. But...why?

Whether you're burnt-out and exhausted with the constant clutter and to-do list or feel like you've lost your identity to all things motherhood and don't know how to gain back the control you once had, purging your home of the excess can be life changing for you.

When you walk into your home, how do you feel? Frustrated? Anxious? Overwhelmed?

Okay, now how do you WANT to feel? At ease? Calm? Like you have an evening of play with the family ahead of you?

Clearing the clutter from your home saves you time, energy, and precious moments with your family. It's much deeper than just clearing off spaces in your kitchen. It's simplifying your life and being intentional with how you're living. And, believe it or not, having too much stuff is scientifically proven to create stress, depression, and anxiety.
