When I brought Casey on, it was the first time I've ever hired someone using Human Design as a major factor in my decision, and... I guess I'd say it's working out pretty well for both of us!
We’re getting into the energy dynamics of hiring and coming to it with a sense of openness to find the people who match with you. It’s really a co-creation thing!

- my initial hesitancy to hire based on Human Design (and why we don’t think it’s discriminatory to do that!), what I was looking for … and what might have been dealbreakers
