Welcome back to another episode of Weathervane Witches! In case you’re tuning in for the first time, this is the latest in a series of conversations with my local support system of incredibly intuitive women:

We touched on this in our last episode together but since February, all of us have been going through it. Business was not just slowing but coming to a full stop. And our money was doing the same.
So today, we’re getting honest about how we’re all weathering this season, the lessons we’re taking from these experiences we’re having individually and collectively, and of course how we’re supporting each other.
We’re talking about:
- why money is so personal, and how we feel its energy and emotion in our bodies — especially manifesting as shame
- thinking of a financial downturn as a reset period that makes space for other opportunities to come into our lives
- leaning into the curiosity that whatever's happening, it's preparing you for something different, to be someone different, "who am I going to be next?" instead of resisting and working from fear and panic
- practicing nervous system hygiene and embracing the idea of surrender, where you’re trading money for valuable time
It feels like a cliché to use the word “abundance” sometimes but it really is about more than just money, and the power of empathy we hold in a world of capitalism that doesn't value those powers.
So I hope you find some resonance here and practices to lean on, because this kind of thing is hard for everyone!
